Pizza is a dish from Italy and it is one of the most famous dish of the world. Pizza is basically a flatbread with different toppings and sauce.

The small pizza is usually called as pizzetta.

HISTORY OF PIZZA?

Pizza was an inspirational dish from flatbreads across the world. 

For example Persian has a flatbread with cheese and dates on top for their soldiers.

PREPARE THE DOUGH

  1. MEASURE THE INGREDIENTS

    An good baked products lies in the perfect measurement of ingredients is important.

    Measure the ingredients accordingly and clean our table and be ready.

  2. PREPARE THE DOUGH

    In a small bowl, take yeast and add little sugar around 1g and pour warm water in it and mix it nicely and keep aside for fermentation.

    Sieve the flour, sugar, salt, bread improver and gluten together.

    Slowly add fermented yeast and water and start mixing it. 

    Once the dough is combined start kneading the dough which really important for about 5 minutes.

    Add oil and knead more and rest it covered for about 10 minutes.

    The reason for adding gluten and bread improver is some refined flour lacks the quality of stretching and elasticity. If your using fully strong bread flour then you can avoid these ingredients.
  3. Knock back and sheet the dough

    Once the dough is rested about 10 minutes, turn the dough upside down and divide the dough into 80grams .

    Then sheet the dough into round thick or thin according to your preference. 

    If you wanted a big pizza then take extra grams of dough.

BAKE THE DOUGH

  1. Once sheeted bake the dough at 220 degree celsius in a pre heated oven for 5 minutes if the dough is thin and if the dough is 8 minutes. 

    If you want to add toppings, bake the dough half and then add toppings and then bake again.
