- In a bowl add flour and water and whisk without forming lumps.
- Add food colors if you want and also add the oil in the flour mixture and whisk well till it combines.
- Heat a non stick pan or heavy bottom pan, pour the mixture using laddle or squeezy bottle as shown in video.
- Let it cook till the oil stops spluttering and turns color little darker.
- Remove and place it in the issue paper so excess oil is removed.

- You can add oil in the batter itself it gives more open layers.
- Any flavors can be added by reducing water.
- Can be served with any varieties of dishes.
