  1. In a bowl add flour and water and whisk without forming lumps.
  2. Add food colors if you want and also add the oil in the flour mixture and whisk well till it combines.
  3. Heat a non stick pan or heavy bottom pan, pour the mixture using laddle or squeezy bottle as shown in video.
  4. Let it cook till the oil stops spluttering and turns color little darker.
  5. Remove and place it in the issue paper so excess oil is removed.

Notes

  • You can add oil in the batter itself it gives more open layers.
  • Any flavors can be added by reducing water.
  • Can be served with any varieties of dishes.
